Everywhere we turn, we constantly hear about one thing “Fresh Food”.
Okay, not everywhere. TV typically bombards us with “eat now”.
But more and more people have come to realize the importance of eating healthy, nutritious and fresh food.
And I couldn’t agree more.
But there is one part of the discussion that – it seems to me – is lacking.
The Mental Diet
Our physical and our mental diet have many things in common. They go by the simple GIGO-principle: Garbage In – Garbage Out.
It’s time for QIQO – Quality In, Quality Out
And naturally there is tons of FIB – Fun In Between…the beauty that comes from entertaining quality thoughts
Or as I like to call them FRESH THOUGHTS.
That is why I have decided to start “The Journal of Fresh Thought”
A monthly journal where I update you on recent findings in the world of science (psychology, sociology, medicine, life sciences…) and more importantly on to how these findings can translate into your life.
There is an old proverb that states:
“Sow a thought, and you reap an action,
Sow an action, and you reap a habit,
Sow a habit, and you reap a character,
Sow a character, and you reap a destiny.”
If that be true, then it must follow that if you
“Sow a fresh thought, you reap a fresh action,
Sow a fresh action, and you reap a fresh habit,
Sow a fresh habit, and you reap a fresh character,
Sow a fresh, and you reap a fresh destiny.”
Now we may not all have to reap a fresh destiny, but I am sure we can all benefit from some fresh insights and potentially some fresh new habits in our lives. Do you agree?
Then sign up now for The Journal of Fresh Thought and be the first to receive more about exciting updates and insights from the world of science.
